Mirka’s innovative ‘Net’ sanding concept is unlike any other. Patented construction consists of a mesh network onto which the abrasive is bonded. This open weave structure means that no dust particle is more than 0.5mm from a dust extraction hole. The result is excellent dust extraction across the entire surface and virtually dust-free sanding! Available in discs, sheets and rolls, Net fits on almost any hole pattern grip-type backing pad. Net eliminates the frustrating problem of dust clogging and creating pills which cause defects in the sanding surface. Net products cut far longer than traditional abrasives resulting in less material needed for a given job. Since dust is continuously being sucked away it’s possible to see exactly what is happening at the surface, giving the user greater control and preventing over sanding.
