Product Overview:

Zirconium Flap Discs are perfect for both grinding and finishing in a single step.

These flap discs use long lasting Zirconium abrasive that outlast other flap discs on the market. Features a Type 29 conical shape for more aggressive grinding and fiberglass backing for extra strength. Attaches to grinder with 7/8" hole arbor.

Flap Discs are easy to use, quiet, and can perform many jobs that previously required two steps using a grinding wheel to remove stock, followed by a sanding disc to create a smooth finish, saving both time and labor.

One of the keys to their success is that they allow an operator, even an unskilled one, to grind material and create a good finish in one step.
