The RUPES BigFoot iBrid Mini HSR73 5" Random Orbital Battery Sander Deluxe Kit (HSR73/BETA) is a premium cordless sanding system designed for professional finishing of wood, composites, paint, plastics, and other surfaces across virtually any industry. Featuring iBrid dual‑power technology, a 2mm (5/64") orbit, and a 5" (125mm) multi‑hole backing pad, the HSR73 delivers exceptional efficiency, dust extraction, and surface quality.

The HSR73’s self‑generating vacuum system eliminates the need for an external dust extractor. Attach the included RUPES Green Tech Filter (80.400/C) for outstanding dust collection and unmatched mobility. For shop environments, the tool may also be connected to a vacuum using the optional 9GAT2001 electric vacuum hose.

This Deluxe Kit includes the HSR73 sander, two 9HB180LT 18V Li‑Ion batteries, the 9HC180LT charging station, the Green Tech Filter, and the large RUPES Systainer Case (9.CASEIII) — providing a complete cordless sanding solution with professional storage and transport.

The HSR73’s multi‑hole backing pad ensures excellent dust extraction and full compatibility with both RUPES and competitor 5" grip sanding discs.

Self‑Generating Vacuum System

The integrated dust extraction turbine allows the tool to operate without an external vacuum. Attach the Green Tech Filter (80.400/C) for outstanding dust capture and mobility.

Highly visible and easy to adjust, the speed dial offers five working speeds from 7,000 to 11,000 RPM for maximum versatility.

Throttle Lever
