Sunmight 6" Film Solid PSA Sticky‑Back Sanding Discs deliver a premium surface finish using a durable polyester film backing engineered for longer life, consistent cutting, and exceptional edge durability. These discs are ideal for automotive refinishing, marine repair, woodworking, solid surface fabrication, composite sanding, plastics, and general industrial finishing.

Sunmight’s advanced polyester film technology provides a perfectly even surface with a uniform mineral coating, producing a smoother finish than traditional paper abrasives. The film backing resists tearing and cracking, making these discs excellent for sanding edges, corners, contours, and irregular shapes. Suitable for wet or dry sanding.

The PSA (pressure‑sensitive adhesive) backing ensures a secure bond to vinyl‑face pads and allows fast disc changes with no slippage.
