Sunmight 6" Film Multi‑Hole Vacuum Grip Sanding Discs are premium film abrasives engineered for superior finishing quality, long disc life, and outstanding dust extraction performance. Designed for automotive, marine, woodworking, and industrial applications, these discs deliver consistent results across a wide range of sanding tasks.

The durable polyester film backing resists tearing, cracking, and edge‑breakdown, making Sunmight Film ideal for sanding corners, contours, and irregular shapes. The perfectly uniform film surface provides a stable foundation for the abrasive grain, producing a smoother finish and reducing deep scratch marks compared to traditional paper discs.

Sunmight’s resin‑over‑resin bonding technology improves mineral adhesion, reduces grit shedding (“shelling”), and extends disc life. These discs may be used wet or dry, offering versatility for both finishing and refinement stages.

The unique multi‑hole pattern maximizes dust extraction efficiency, improving abrasive performance and maintaining cleaner work surfaces. Discs are compatible with the Sunmight 09200 6" Multi‑Hole Grip Backup Pad as well as most branded 6" grip pads with any vacuum hole pattern.

Available in grits from 80 to 2,000. Sold 50 discs per box. Also available in 5" size.
