Fusor® 100EZ Plastic Repair Adhesive, Heat Set, 7.1oz/210ml (3029818) is a two-component, epoxy-based adhesive used for structural and cosmetic repair of auto and heavy-duty truck body panels and all types of rigid body plastics.

One product for all body panels, easily sands to a feather edge to provide undetectable repairs. Results in no bull's-eyes, read-throughs or halos. Fusor EZ is extremely versatile and bonds rigid plastics, SMC, GTX, fiberglass, Metton® and carbon fiber.

OEM approvals and recommendations include Chrysler/Fiat, Ford, GM, Nissan, Volvo
Truck.

Two component cartridge is for use with the Fusor 502 Dual Cartridge Manual Applicator (sold separately).

Heat‑set formula cures rapidly at 180°F, significantly reducing repair cycle time.
Epoxy chemistry provides excellent strength and durability on rigid plastics and composite materials.
Sands cleanly to a feather edge with no bull’s‑eyes, read‑throughs, or halos — ideal for cosmetic bumper and panel repairs.
Versatile enough to repair SMC, GTX, fiberglass, Metton®, carbon fiber, and other rigid substrates.
Backing patches can be built using Fusor 702 fiberglass cloth and 100EZ adhesive for through‑panel repairs.
Proper surface prep is essential: dish out the repair area fully and sand with 80‑grit for maximum adhesion.
Always heat cure at 180°F for 10 minutes (initial set) and 60 minutes (full cure) to achieve OEM‑level strength and appearance.
