Fusor® 114LG Plastic Finishing Adhesive, Fast, 210ml (7.1oz) (3029867) is a two-component, epoxy-based adhesive designed for professional cosmetic repair of surface imperfections, scratches and pinholes on all plastic bumpers and body panels, including such plastics as PP, fiberglass, Metton®, Telene®, SMC, TEO, urethane and carbon fiber.

No adhesion promoters needed. No plastic identification is required, bonds to all flexible and ridged plastics. The fast cure allows you to sand to a perfect feather edge in 20 minutes or less.

OEM approvals and recommendations include GM, Honda, Chrysler/Fiat, Ford and Accura.

Two component cartridge is for use with the Fusor 502 Dual Cartridge Manual Applicator (sold separately).

Note: Fusor 114LG is a plastic finishing adhesive is for professional cosmetic repairs and not to be used as a body filler or structural adhesive.

Fusor 114LG is a fast‑curing epoxy finishing adhesive engineered for cosmetic plastic repair, delivering quick feather‑edge sanding and excellent adhesion across virtually all bumper and body panel plastics without the need for adhesion promoters.

Ideal for repairing scratches, pinholes, gouges, and surface imperfections on PP, SMC, fiberglass, Metton®, Telene®, TEO, urethane, and carbon fiber.
Fast cure — sands to a perfect feather edge in 20 minutes at room temperature.
No adhesion promoter or plastic identification required; bonds directly to rigid and flexible plastics.
Strictly a finishing adhesive — not intended for structural repairs or use as a body filler.
Hand‑sanding or low‑RPM DA sanding recommended to avoid melted plastic and prevent bond failure.
Can be dispensed without a mixing tip when hand‑mixed properly (folding technique prevents air entrapment).
Feather‑edges cleanly with 180‑, 220‑, and 320‑grit sanding for OEM‑quality cosmetic results.
Do not apply polyester body filler over 114LG — compatibility issues may occur.
