Fusor® 122EZ Self Leveling Seam Sealer, Medium, 210ml/7.1oz (3029823) is a two-component, epoxy-based seam sealer used for duplicating factory seams on drip rails, trunks, core support to apron seams, roof seams and quarter panel to rear deck seams.

Fusor 122EZ can be tooled but is not required for factory look. The material changes color to indicate full cure and can be sanded and/or painted within 30 minutes.

OEM approvals and recommendations include Ford, Honda, Acura and Tesla.

Two component cartridge is for use with the Fusor 502 Dual Cartridge Manual Applicator (sold separately).

Fusor 122EZ is a medium‑cure, self‑leveling epoxy seam sealer engineered to replicate OEM flow‑grade seams with exceptional accuracy, delivering a permanently flexible, non‑shrinking finish ideal for high‑visibility factory seam restoration.

Designed for drip rails, trunk seams, roof seams, core support‑to‑apron seams, and quarter panel‑to‑rear deck seams.
Self‑levels to match factory seam appearance with no cracking, sagging, or shrinkage.
Color‑change technology indicates full cure and allows sanding/painting in as little as 30 minutes.
Can be tooled for custom shaping but naturally flows to a factory‑correct finish without tooling.
Requires two‑component primer on all surfaces; acid‑etch primers must be avoided to prevent cure inhibition.
Critical to stand the cartridge upright for 15 minutes before use to purge air bubbles for a smooth bead.
Mixing tip must remain within the bead stream during application to minimize air entrapment.
Remove masking tape within 5 minutes to maintain clean edges before the material begins to thicken.
Do not use heat to accelerate cure; a cool‑air heat gun can be used only to release surface air bubbles.
