SEM Vinyl Prep (38343) cleans soil, wax and grease from vinyl substrates while it temporarily softens and prepares the vinyl surface for adhesion of topcoat paint.

Excellent choice for use with SEM flexible topcoats such as SEM Marine Vinyl Coat and SEM Color Coat.
