Fusor® 110B Metal Bonding Adhesive (Fast Cure), 210ml is a two-component, acrylic-based metal bonding adhesive engineered for rapid cure, high bond strength, and OEM-quality collision repair performance. Designed for professional automotive and trailer repair, Fusor 110B delivers significantly faster cure times than traditional epoxy panel bonders and provides excellent corrosion resistance.

Ideal for patch panel bonding, weld bonding of dissimilar metals, cab corners, panel sections, and aluminum trailer repair patches.

Two component cartridge is for use with the Fusor 502 Dual Cartridge Manual Applicator (sold separately).

Application Overview

Surface Preparation

Remove existing adhesive, e-coat, corrosion protection, or galvanized coating.
Grind mating flanges with 60-grit or finer.
Clean surfaces with acetone, IPA, MEK, or similar solvent.

Adhesive Application

Dispense and level cartridge before use.
Apply a 3/8"–1/2" bead to prepared surfaces.
Clamp securely; glass beads prevent over-clamping.

Finishing

Install welds or rivets as required.
Remove squeeze-out and clean with solvent.
Full cure achieved in 2 hours at room temperature.
