Fusor® 140 Clear Plastic Bonding Adhesive, Fast, 1.7 oz / 50 mL (3001048 / 80849810015) is a two‑component, urethane‑based structural adhesive engineered for fast, high‑strength bonding of automotive plastics. Designed for bumper tabs, headlamps, moldings, claddings, decorative trim, and other interior/exterior plastic components, Fusor 140 delivers a clear, non‑yellowing finish with exceptional flexibility and durability.

With a 1‑minute work time and 5‑minute clamp time, this adhesive is ideal for rapid repairs and high‑throughput collision shop environments. It sands easily and paints in as little as 30 minutes, making it one of the fastest OEM‑recommended plastic repair adhesives available.

Two component cartridge is designed for use with the Fusor 300 Manual 1.7oz/50ml Cartridge Dispenser (3001112), sold separately.
