Surf-ACE Marine UV Sealant, 1L (M-90001) is a unique blend of Nano Composites, PTFE and Acrylic Resins containing UV screens that results in a coating with unrivalled deep gloss shine and barrier protection.
Surf-ACE UV Sealant prevents fading and oxidation on your boat by protecting against UV degradation and the elements for up to 1-year.
Proven for use in taxing environments from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean to the Middle East. Surf-ACE UV Sealant successfully passes QUV testing for the equivalent of 20 years environmental exposure.
Surf-ACE UV Sealant delivers a deep gloss shine and the ultimate protective barrier on gelcoat, fiberglass, metal and painted surfaces. The protective barrier repels water and oil-based stains and deposits, making future clean-up quick and easy. The super slick hydrophobic surface finish repels water and aids in fuel efficiency by creating less drag.
Easy to apply by hand or machine and only a 2-minute haze time is required before buffing to a high-gloss polish.
Unique water-based formulation contains no aromatic solvents or volatile silicones, making it paint shop safe and eco-friendly.
Packaged in 1L (33.8 fluid ounces) plastic bottles. Made in the UK.

Directions for Use:
- Shake well before each use
- Do not over apply or use in direct sunlight
- Apply onto surface previously prepared with Surf-ACE M-12 Heavy Cut Compound or Surf-ACE M-40 Ultra-Fine Compound or directly onto paint or gelcoat surfaces if in new condition
- Degrease surface prior to the application of UV SEALANT
- Treat surface areas section by section, ~1 yds² (~1M²)
Manual Application: Apply using a clean polish applicator sponge in a conventional polishing manner. Allow film surface to haze for at least 2 minutes, then buff to a deep shine with a dry micro-fiber polishing cloth.
Machine Application (for larger areas): Apply using a rotary machine with a wax applicator foam polishing/finishing buff pad operating between 800 rpm to 1500 rpm. Allow film surface to haze for at least 2 minutes, then buff to a deep shine with a dry micro-fiber polishing cloth.
Important Notes: Polished surfaces MUST be kept dry for a minimum of 4 hours to ensure that the initial curing phase is complete. Do not wash the surfaces for one week after application to allow the coating to fully cure.
